What does "This return is closed" mean?

What does this mean? 'This return is closed" Am I supposed to do something now that I got this message?

You appear to be a buyer only. If you filed a returns request, and the seller has a No Returns policy, and you stated a buyer's remorse reason (changed mind, didn't like it, found it cheaper elsewhere), the seller can decline the return, and then it is automatically closed.

Or, if you filed the returns request, seller accepted it, you printed out the shipping label, but never sent the item back, after X number of days, the return is automatically closed.
