What does "return is closed" mean?
I'm getting conflicting messages from eBay as I am trying to return something to an uncooperative seller. I made a return request and eBay opened and closed the request in shot order. I'm not sure what this means and I can't seem to contact a customer service representative and all the generic answers provided by the help page and the machine on the phone kept telling me what I already knew. I eventually did find that if my return was excepted that I would receive an message with "send the item back". I never got this but I do have a page that shows a progress bar of started, delivered, refund.
Is this normal/what is the right way to go about this?
