What does mean Global Shipping Program ?
I want buy an Item from American recently but when I asked the post fee for UK. buyer then he asked me to sign to "Global shipping Program" firstly, I don't know what it is. I checked the post list and find that on the long countries list but except State. don't know why ? the seller even said that if I can sign on it he will send me the item for free post charge. Can anybody tell me something about this. Thanks
