What does it mean when a potential buyer is listed as no longer a registered user?
I dont know if a buyer is legitimate if they are no longer a registered user.

Mentor2 years agoNo longer registered means eBay has removed them. They can not buy anything. If they bought an item from you, do not ship it - you should get a message from eBay about the buyer.
Never communicate with potential buyers outside of eBay. Keep all communication and payments on eBay.
