What does AF mean when placed in an item listing?

I am looking at an item that is listed overseas by a dealer. The item is listed as new-other, which I completely understand, but the acronym AF is also stated in the item description. I am asking what this means. (And no, I am not looking at photographic equipment.)

It has a hashtag, "#AF", it generally means "affiliated" and the affiliate will earn a commission on sale. Or it can be used as profane slang to intensify as in "cool AF", "motivated seller AF", "good as new AF", etc.

You will need to ask the seller. Acronyms in a description can have any meaning the seller wants. So they are the only ones who can give you an answer.
