What do you think about eBay selling the wrong items all the time I ordered a pair of fog lamps for my wife's Jeep and what came in was a plastic license plate cover that is illegal in South Carolina so I paid $70 for a plastic piece of crap

From the looks of your feedback and your opening post ... you haven't yet figured out how to use eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Here's what you do whenever you receive an item that is 'not as described' in some way:

File a 'return request' from your Purchase History ... choosing 'Doesn't match description or photos' as the reason for the request. Include photos of the item if asked to do so.
If the seller fails to provide either a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days ... then go back to your open request on Day 4 and ask eBay to step in. eBay will do the rest.

eBay did not sell you anything as it is only a listing site for sellers. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to open an â€œitem not as described caseâ€. This overrides the sellers return policy. Go to your Purchase History and find the item. Then under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and then select the reason for the return as â€œdoesn't match description". It may ask you to attach a photo so the seller and eBay can see what was received. After this time has passed you would have to go to your payment source to see what help they can give.
