What do you do when the seller takes down their profile after you paid for the item?
What do you do when the seller takes down their profile after you paid for the item? I paid yesterday but now he's no longer a user. I requested a cancelation but if he's not registered under that name doubt he will get it. Will ebay honor my money back for fraud?

·1 year agoTo be taken off that quickly, eBay took their account down, not the seller. It takes 60 days for a seller to end their account on their own. There can be many reasons for that, most of which shouldn’t affect whether you receive your purchase or not. I wouldn’t be surprised if they get the problem resolved and quickly become a registered user again.
Even with requesting a cancellation, the seller wouldn’t be obligated to accept it. IF you don’t receive your item by the estimated date of delivery you were shown when you purchased, you will still be able to get a refund in the end.
