What do you do when somebody lies on your homepage and makes up something negative
Somebody is lying saying that you're selling counterfeit products when you're not you've been on this platform selling stuff for over 3 years Knowing **bleep** well eBay would not allow you to sell in their platform if it was fake.

Mentor2 years ago@a.allenvinyl I see the negative feedback. Unfortunately it's too late to try and get eBay to remove it.
The best thing you can do now is to respond to the feedback calmly that you only sell authentic DVDs and no copies.
You might want to also if a customer is not happy they can return it for a refund. ( this part is up to you of course) But I do recommend the first sentence. Keep in mind that your reply is for FUTURE buyers and not about getting into a discussion with this bad buyer.
