What do you do when eBay won't recognize your bank?
Its on the list. I have entered all the information correctly but when I called the help desk they said eBay simply chooses not to recognize certain banks. Does this mean I am donating all my funds to eBay? Isn't them only providing a payout means that they REFUSE to honor theft?
