what do you do when ebay reports a transaction that didn't come from me. how to cancel it???????????

I have changed my password, contacted my bank that confirms it was a fraudulent action, but I can't get in contact with ebay.... even though they were the ones who initially alerted me to the fact that an unauthorised transaction had taken place on my account.
