What do you do when ebay deletes your purchase history?

I have an order number and tracking number by email. I reported the item as not delivered and I have a request ID related to that report. Now a week after that report, the purchase has been erased, and I can't get past the chat bot in customer service.

The purchase wasnâ€™t erased, it was moved. After you open a case, the item gets moved from your normal purchase history to a section for items you have opened a case on.
