You have 30 days from receipt of the item to open an "Item not as described" case in your purchase history. The seller must accept the return no matter what their return policy is. They will need to send you a prepaid return label (or shipping money if the seller in International) and then fully refund you once they receive the item back.
If it has been more than 30 days from receipt you need to contact your payment source to see what help they can give.
