I'm contacting the BBB about Ebay jeopardizing my safety and security of no notice of item delivery , and left in in severe weather , with no notice of delivery .

The USPS has something called Informed Delivery which you sign up for. They will then notify you of when packages are planned to be delivered to you.

-In your Purchase history you can check the tracking of the item, when it shows "Out for delivery" then you can expect to get it that day.

-As to your complaint, eBay has nothing to do with delivering your items purchased from the Seller on the venue. Your carrier is the ONLY one who knows exactly WHEN the package is delivered, you should take up your issue with them.

-Neither the Seller, eBay or the carrier is responsible for the safety of where you receive your packages.
