What do you do if you refund a buyer for an item not delivered, and the item arrives later?
What do you do if you refund a buyer for an item not delivered, and the item arrives later? The item was mailed 20 days ago, and the tracking says that it is in transit, arriving late. The buyer wants a refund.

Mentor1 year agoI would try to assure the buyer that the item is still in transit and to please be a bit more patient, and that if tracking does not show Delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you will refund in full. If you refund early, and the buyer gets the package, ebay cannot force the buyer to repay you.
