what do you do if someone sold you a fake bag, that was supposed to be a genuine item?

I ordered a name brand item that was supposed to be a genuine article. It was for half the price the item usually goes for. They said it has already been shipped so that cannot cancel it. There is no receipt , they are a "new Seller" and other red flags I warn aware of.

You will need to wait for the item to be received. Then if you feel it is a fake you have 30 days from the date of delivery to open an “item not as described case”. This overrides the sellers return policy. Go to your Purchase History and find the item. Then under “More actions” click on “Return item” and then select the reason for the return as “doesn't match description". It may ask you to attach a photo so the seller and eBay can see what was received. The seller will need to send you a prepaid return label and once the item is returned they have three days to refund you. After this time has passed you would have to go to your payment source to see what help they can give.
