What do I need to do if weather conditions cause me to be late shipping?
 I live in Tennessee which go hit by the ice/snow storm with many areas without power.

Here is a link to an eBay announcement explaining that Seller protections are in place and will protect you during a severe weather event like we have had with Winter Storm Fern. You can message your customers and let them know there will be a possible delay in shipping.
