What do i have to do to get a refund for items that were either stolen or delivered to wrong address
N rep stated i signed for the items at time of delivery but I have screen shots showing i didn't n stating that no signature was required ebay is refusing to refund my money for those items n could care less about me as a customer by making this right by either refunding the money or by resenting the items I paid for n in future eBay should require signatures on all their deliveries to prevent theft n unhappy customers which they will lose by not doing so much name is Rita Lauderdale one really passed off n unhappy camper

OP3 years agoEbay states that they refund 100 percent when items r not delivered well customers beware because the rely don't n won't try to make things right
