What do I do with this one?
My large item was damaged in transit along it’s it’s packaging….should I b expected to begin a return even though that means buying a large and expensive box a packaging? I have reached out to the seller who says he will look into it but haven’t heard back as the clock is ticking on my window to address this issue….What do I do?

The seller MAY choose to refund you without having you return it.
