What do I do when eBay only pays me for one gold bar from seller when the invoice says two bars.
Bought two gold bars at $ 2,400.00 each from a lier AND FRAUD on eBay. I contacted eBay and told them to look into it and I was awarded 2400.00. WELL I GUESS EBAY IS SO STUPOD THAT THEY CAN NOT EVEN READ A INVOICE SAYING I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR TWO (2) GOLD BARS NOT ONE. I GUESS THEY NEVER GRADUATED FROM HIGH SCHOOL BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO READ .HOW STUPID IS THAT.WHAT A JOKE TO PUT SOMEONE IN CHARGE THAT DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO READ A INVOICE ,SO SAD ,THAT IS WHY THEY HIDE BEHIND AUTOMATED SYSTEM SO THEY KEEP FROM ANY RESPONSIBILITY .THIS WAY THEY DONT HABE TO TALK TO YOU HOPPING YOU WILL GO AWAY. I HAVE THE POLICEMAN NUMBER THAT CAME OVER THE OTHER DAY WHEN I FILED A REPORT ON FRAUD.I WILL NEVER LET ENAY GET AWAY FROM THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS,BUT THEY DONT ITS ALL A LIE,IM CANCELING EBAY AND NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN. TOO MANY THIEVES,BOUGHT BULLDOG THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 24 K GOLD WELL I TOOK IT TO JEWLER TO TEST AND NOT ONE PIECE OF GOLD IN IT,ALL LEAD. CHAIN ALSO LEAD NOT ONE SPEC OF GOLD IN IT. THIS IS EBAY SELLERS RUNNING WILD WITH ROBBING EVERY CUSTOMER THEY CAN AND EBAY IS SO BLIIN,ONLY COUNTING THEIR MONEY WITH NO CARE FOR BUYERS.

Mentor1 year ago@panamarog51 I am sorry that you are having such a hard time getting your refund. If the gold bars were from two different listings then you do have to file a refund request for EACH listing.
