What do I do when a seller doesn't do what they said they would do?
I bought an Engwe electric bike and have had many issues with batteries and chargers. I believed the customer service person when she said they would take care of it. BUT now it's past the return period and she won't send me another battery.
How can I get Ebay involved to help me with it?
