What do I do when a buyer is showing pictures of a plate I don’t didn’t even own ever
eBay accepted the return but what she is going to send is not my plate

eBay accepts returns based on the Seller's return policy in that listing. If the Buyer returns something that is different than what was sent to them, some Sellers are eligible to deduct up to 50% of the refund. If the Seller is Top Rated and offers returns or Above Standard and offers free returns, they would be eligible for this benefit. Other Sellers would need to refund in full.
Once the item is returned, if it is a different plate, you could contact eBay for them to make a note of it:

OP4 months agoThank You I have made mistakes before and I don’t mind at all making it right to my customer and if they change there mind for any reason I’m good with that for sure I just don’t or didn’t no don’t want an item I did not send to be shipped to me because I already know I’m going to disagree so thought it was a waste of money but I understand how it has to be this way. It took me a min to understand what to do.
