What do I do to get help from eBay?
I have a seller that is harassing me and has sent threatening text messages via personal cell phone. He has said that he is going to kill me and kick in my kitchen door in the middle of the night. I have been trying to get eBay to contact me. I had to file a police report. I sent the item back to seller yesterday with the label provided by eBay but it hasn't updated in the system. The addresses where it was shipped from and the return address are different. I have reached out to ebay with 3 separate emails and tried to call. Please help me before something happens!

·1 year agoI’m sorry this is happening to you. Most likely it’s just an internet blowhard who would not and could not do any of what he is threatening, but you were right to go to the police. eBay is not able to provide protection or resolve that type of issue, but you shipped the return item using the label generated on eBay, so just make sure you watch the case and if an option becomes available after the item is marked as delivery to “Ask eBay to Step Inâ€, do that.
In the meantime, block his messages on eBay and on your phone and do not attempt to communicate with him again. If he finds a way to continue to threaten you, go back to the police with that evidence.
