what do I do now
Hello, please, I am not an expert in these cases. I only know how to place orders and make payments.
I ordered two woofers (speakers) from a store, in their description it states that they are without brands. OK, I accept, I order, to my surprise when I open the packaging I look and they are Goldwood brand woofer model GW-8028.
The woofers I ordered are unbranded reference W-8028 priced at $90 a pair. I thought these might be of better quality since the aforementioned Goldwood woofers are of inferior quality and cost $67 a pair. I feel cheated.
Please, as a suggestion, can I claim something? I already paid $31.20 to bring it via courier from Miami to my country..
Thanks in advance.

If the listening clearly stated that woofers are Unbranded then the ones you received are NOT AS DESCRIBED. Immediately go to your Purchase history and file a return using the reason not as described - does not match pictures or description. You will receive a Pre Paid shipping label for the return.
Disregard the Sellers "No returns accepted" policy (if that is what they have on the listing). That policy does NOT apply if the item is Not as described.

OP2 years agoI am going to lose $31.20 to bring the package to my country. I'm not going to use the woofers. I'm at a crossroads. If I return them I will lose only 31.20 dollars. If I stay with them I lose $121.20. I regret buying in that store. I would like to report her for deception. I have been cheated. SS (Simply Speaker)
