What do I do if the buyer refuses to pay for the auction they won?

The buyer bid twice on the auction and won it but now after 4 days hasn't made the payment and won't respond to any of my messages. What do I do now?

Place the non-paying buyer on your Blocked Buyer List:

On the fifth day cancel the transaction for non-payment and put a strike on the buyer's account, then relist the item. http://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/
