What do I do if the buyer is not returning my item?
So, I sold an item that the buyer didn't like for some reason. I chose to refund the buyer. eBay made me pay for a return postage. But it's been eight days and the buyer is not even messaging me back. So they haven't sent anything. And they have stopped all communication to me. I have turned this in to eBay. But when I go to returns, it says it's closed. How in the world can it be closed if he hasn't scanned in my item to be sent back?? I've also reported the buyer on this. They said it would take two business days. It's been four days and I haven't heard from eBay. What should be my next course of action?

You can mark that buyer's name off of your Christmas list, because you've already given him his gift.
Going forward, never issue a refund until after you've received the item back and it's in your hands.
