What do I do if I've received feedback from buyers saying their items were delivered safely, but eBay won't release the funds because the status has not been marked as Delivered?
I use eBay Standard Envelope, and I'm a new seller selling cards. I've received two separate orders, and both buyers have sent feedback saying they've received their envelopes. However, tracking didn't update the items as Delivered, which means I can't get my funds. Is there any way to dispute or fix this? Why is this happening? I did a little bit of looking around, and I saw one source claim that funds will be released 21 days after the purchase date. Is this true?

-New Sellers can have their funds held for up to 31 days regardless of delivery status or Buyer Feedback: Transaction holds | eBay
ESE (eBay Standard Envelope) is not door to door tracking, it is Metered Mail and the tracking code is only scannable on highspeed mail sorting machines, not by postal carriers. Therefore, it may never show delivered. eBay standard envelope | eBay
