What do i do if items purchased were faulty and seller wont honor warranty,
I purchased two 02 sensors for me subaru outback approximately 3 months ago. When they arrived one of them didn't want to install right because the threads were bad. I let the seller know and he didn't offer to replace them. I make it work anyway, now 3 months later my car began running horribly, ha it checked and both 02 sensors are bad. I contacted the seller and ask him to replace them because they have a 1 year warranty on them through his store. I have sent multiple messages and he won't respond. What do I do to get him to send new ones or refund me?
