What do I do if coins I receive from seller are counterfeit and seller has no return policy
The seller has other silver dollars listed and there was no disclaimer that coins were not authentic.

Mentor2 years agoThe seller's stated return policy only applies to "remorse" returns, where the buyer has a change of mind.
If the item is "not as described", eBay's money back guarantee applies.

If the seller does not cooperate at any point after starting a "not as described" case, after three business days you can ask eBay to step in and refund you.
