What do I do as a seller when the buyer never received package but tracking shows the post office
Post office said they tried to deliver, but said it had no access to deliver. Buyer didn't get it, paost office says they don't have it. Am I out my money and product?

OP3 years agoThey only show that they tried to deliver, would try the next day, but didn't, and the buyer went to the post office and they don't have it. I haven't got a return either.

Mentor3 years agoI would call the buyer's post office myself and ask the carrier supervisor to look at the tracking with you so he can let you know where the package is. He may need to check with the carrier, but at least you'll get the story first hand.
Google "post office for zip code xxxxx" and then look for the local phone number (not the 800 #).
