WHAT DID I BUY?
Summary: bla-501280 expressed concern about an unexplained charge on their Visa card from eBay and difficulty contacting customer service for clarification. My visa card was charged $123.41 on 7/29 by eBay O*19-14942-20704 San Jose CA. I can't find any order confirmation or indication of what the charge is for. I did not have an Ebay account so if I did order something, it was as a guest. I can't reach anyone at Ebay. Their automated customer service seems to send me in circles. I submitted my email through the guest portal but have not received a response in 24 hours. I'm not disputing that something was ordered. I just want to find out what it was and if I received it.

It sounds like you purchased the item as a guest.
Another way to see the details, start a return request or report a problem with an item you bought as a guest, you'll need your order confirmation email. This is the email eBay sent at the time of your purchase with all your order details. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
If you don't have that email, you can request another copy of the order confirmation email on this page:
LOG OUT OF YOUR eBay Account first, then

Once you have the email, you can view the Order Details or talk to the seller.

Mentor3 weeks agoPurchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
