What can you do if a package you sent via Ebay International (Asendia) cannot be delivered?
I recently sold an item and shipped using Ebay's International shipping option (via Asendia). The buyer confirmed that the address they had entered was correct, but now after three days of the item not being able to be delivered (the error on the tracking says - Addressee not available - Will attempt delivery on next working day), I wanted to research it more to help the buyer. She hasn't expressed any issues yet, but I wanted to try and see if I could see what the holdup was. After directly inputting the tracking in on Asendia's site, it's saying the address was incorrect. Does that mean I have to refund the buyer and I'm now just out that money? Can the buyer go to the local post office and get her package? I'm just not sure what my options are. I requested a call back from support but so far they haven't been able to help. Thank you!

Mentor1 year ago@maddyjen6570 You are covered by the seller protection of the eBay International Shipping Program
You are only responsible for the item arriving safely to the shipping hub in the US.
eBay refunds buyers out of their pocket for ALL refund requests and you keep the sale $. This is one of the great benefits of using the eBay International Shipping Program.
The buyer just files a refund request from their purchase history and then eBay takes it from there.
