it is not new, It is used.
Till seller listing within detail.

SHIPS NEXT BUSINESS DAY
THANKS FOR LOOKING"

Looking at the listing, it appears this new seller simply made an error in the item specifics rather than an attempt at fraud.
If he was trying to scam buyers, he would not have listed it as good working condition with a photo of a used item.
