what can one do when the seller will not help and ebay will not help
I recieved an order today. The item cam in a different color than was advertised. I tried to email seller,
they do not respond. I tried to talk with ebay and they cannot or will not help me

OP2 years agoThank you for the help. I did as you requested, in order to recieve a return, I have to put a picture
in the box at the return site. The seller has made it so as the box does not recieve the picture, making it impossible to initiate the return. My son, who is a computer expert, tried every way to get the box to recieve the picture, the seller obviously has blocked it so as not to recieve the return. Sellers should not use false advertising and then not be held responsible.

There are many sellers who are trustworthy and then there is a few who are not, I have bought
very much from the trustworthy and have been blessed. Shame on the few.

·2 years agoGo to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
