What can i do when a seller wont respond back about a defective part.
Been trying to get ahold of neptuneauto since April. About a defective throttle body. Now it's June and over the return deadline. Now I need to file a warranty claim and they still will not respond. I've talked to ebay twice and still nothing.

eBay’s Money Back Guarantee gives us 30 days from delivery to file a return request for a defective item.
If we allow the deadline to pass… then we need to request a chargeback from our credit card company. [eBay can no longer help us after the MBG has passed.]
