What can I do to this seller? He send me a defective item and then said he can repair but never send back

I bought a headphone from Joolsie Corp. (vidarangkar-2008).
The headphone's MIC is not working. I only discovered after 30 days. But I initiated a return anyway. Then the seller just closed the return and said he can repair it. Then He send me a return label and I return the item. For many weeks he doesn't do anything. Then I said, you are still selling the same item, if you cannot return can you send me another one? He said yes, will do. Then he send me a bottle opener. I was not happen when I saw the shipment. But all things Ebay can offer like return or appeal no longer works because he closed the return. What can I do? This is just fraud.

Mentor1 month ago@wyan5169 I am sorry that you had a bad seller. Unfortunately eBay can not make the seller refund you or send a replacement item since it is past 30 days from the date of delivery. An eBay agent can not extend this time limit.
Your only option now is to try a fraud chargeback with your payment method. Be sure to screenshot ALL of the messages between you and the seller and also provide the tracking number that shows it was returned to the seller.

All these chats in the ebay message, could just someone from ebay look at it and get me the refund. I really want ebay to punish this kind of bad behavior.
