What can i do to not lose in this
I believe the buyer is making and fishing for reasons so she doesn't have to pay for a return shipping. I already paid for the shipping to her. Her first excuse was she claims that the title had an L. Which she claims meant large handbag. The L. Stand for leather satchel. I looked it up, so then she is claiming that the purse didn't have tags but it had some in the pocket on inside of the purse. She never asked any question before purchase and now if I agree to pay for shipping back to me then I'm out 50 dollars due to her failure to ask questions about the bag , which she also claims she has the exact one , could this be being done just to possibly switch out her old purse just to get a new one and send me back the old one and shouldn't some of the responsibility be on her for not asking why should her mistake of failing to ask question be at my expense. She is scamming the system no matter how u look at it. I don't trust her she keeps coming up with false accusations I don't want problems with my account and I don't feel it's fair that she expect me to loose 50+ dollars becuz she failed to ask about the size especially when she already claims to have the exact purse already something seems shady in all this and I havent even been paid for the transaction yet I've only paid 25 dollars for shipping to her if I pay for it to be shipped back do I get reimbursed the $50 dollars and what if she sends back the old one and keeps the new. I only see a lose lose for me so far and if ebay steps in and she gets to keep the purse then I'm out the shipping I already paid and the purse how can I not lose in this
