Mentor2 years agoThen you need to change that information. Go to
Seller Hub > Payments > Summary
Scroll down to Preferences > Payout method > Manage

If the account is not valid ( closed) then funds are sent back to the managed payments account. Then you enter the new account.
You need to contact eBay customer service for assistance.

Scroll to the bottom of the linked page, click the "Contact us" option, type "agent" into the popup chat box, and choose your contact method.

( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)
