What can I do if I closed a return but want to reopen the same problem with the same seller?
Seller is saying he will send out replacement but has not given me a definite time.

Mentor4 months agoIf you already closed the case then it cannot be reopened. You would have to go to your payment source and ask about a charge back.

Do not let the case time out. My advice is get a refund for the item and then buy again from the same seller if you wish to do so.
