What can be done if there was no purchase only a promise?
Autumnharvest had me send them my seat cover so they could use it as a pattern to create me a new cover. Now they have refused to produce a new cover and refused to return my old cover.

Mentor3 years agoebay can't help you since there was no transaction. If you have that seller's email address, you could try sending a Paypal invoice for the cost of the seat cover.
