What can be done?
This seller has opened an account using a competitor's name and signature. He has used language that is misleading and at least libelous. He has gone to "Justin's" social page and lifted an unflattering photo that is now included in all of his listings. I do not represent "Justin" whatsoever but I have purchased from him and found him to be straightforward and honest. I have also purchased several items from Neil, the owner of windmill-parts and found him to be irrational and frankly, dangerous. I have kept all of my correspondence to show that I have NOT contacted this seller and used anything but compliments. However, when I asked him about not receiving something that was in the listing photo, he not only "banned" me, he began a form of stalking both myself and my wife. He wrote to us via Ebay calling us "old" and he went so far as to look up my wife's entry at the MN State Fair and taunted her by saying "aren't you sorry that you got second place" etc. I DON'T EVEN KNOW THIS GUY! I'VE MENTIONED THIS TO OTHERS IN THE WINDMILL HOBBY AND HIS REPUTATION IS FAMOUSLY BAD. DO I NEED TO CALL THE POLICE?
