What are the options when a seller won’t exchange an item for a different size ?
Bought a pair of shoes and they are the wrong size and the seller doesn’t do exchanges

·9 months agoSellers are not required to do exchanges. Ebay isn’t really set up to allow that.
Did the seller send you the wrong size (different from what was stated in the listing), or did they send what the listing said, but they don’t fit? The answer to those questions determines what you can do next.
