What am I supposed to do with this info from Ebay?
Summary: sharon4453 inquires about what to do with the information received from eBay. eastlaneave responds, but no specific details are provided in their exchange.
I sent a buyer and item that was delivered on May 21st...Ebay sends me a note today (5-28) saying that they are cancelling the sale because the buyer's account had "issues." They are telling me to not ship the item because of this...What the H'll kind of **bleep** is this from Ebay? They have had this item for over a week and they say they are cancelling it...the buyer paid for the item...Ebay has no email address to find out any assistance on this matter, so what the H am I supposed to do?
As you can imagine, I am quite disgusted with this...

That sounds frustrating.
Typically, if eBay cancels the sale, you get to keep the buyer's payment.
eBay is removing the buyer from the platform for some inappropriate behavior.
If the buyer paid, that money should still be in your account. Don't worry about that part.
eBay removes buyers and sellers from the platform for violating policies (inappropriate behavior)
When they do that, they remove the transaction from history, which cancels the sale.
Let me know if you have any more questions, I am happy to help.
