We're here to help you get back to selling
We wanted to let you know that you have been temporarily restricted from selling and buying on eBay due to concerns about your seller account. We understand this must be frustrating, but measures like these help keep our marketplace safe for everyone.
Here’s what you should do
Please contact us as soon as possible by visiting the Help & Contact page below and selecting Contact Us. We’ll just need to ask you a few questions to verify your account so you can get back up and running again. If we don’t hear from you within 30 days, your account may be at risk of being suspended.
I received this message from eBay—what do you think the issue might be? I just opened the account.
If anyone has experienced this, I’d appreciate any help you can offer.

First, make sure the registered name on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account. You can make any changes here:
My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information
Make sure you supply a physical street address. You can change to your P.O. box later.

I have already verified that the registered name on eBay matches my bank account and a physical street address is entered correctly.
I have contacted eBay Customer Service and the case has been escalated to their specialist team. Once I receive their response, can I come back to you if I need further assistance?
Thank you!
