I purchased an item they say has a 2 year warranty. However I cant get them to respond to me for help to warranty my item. How do i get help?

Mentor2 years agoebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item. Manufacturers do not honor warranties for their items unless the seller is an authorized dealer or reseller. If you paid with Paypal, you can file a case with them as they allow returns within 180 days of the transaction. As a last resort, you can file a chargeback with your credit card issuer if that is how you paid.
