Weird purchase request
I have a person who bought several car parts (all unrelated to each other) over the course of several days. They were very slow to pay for the first item. Then a couple days later they paid for a 2nd item. Then they wanted combined shipping on all the items and wanted a refund on the difference.
I told them if they paid for the rest of the items, I could look at combining the shipping. They then did purchase the remaining 2 items and wanted to be notified immediately when the refund was done.
This seems really odd. Is this some type of scam or something? Is it possible for them to get personal banking information from the refund?
