Weird message when attempting an offer
Has anyone seen this message when attempting to place an offer? (I have not purchased anything from this seller. Attempted offer in Safari and Chrome. (I always assume its a browser thing first.)

·3 years agoeBay counts any auctions you are in the lead on (and possibly those you were outbid on or have a pending Best Offer on) in counting towards the seller-set limit (in this case 1 of his/her listings). This includes an auction you are trying to rebid on--there is no exception to allow you to rebid on the same listing (another good reason to only bid ONE time on an auction, closer to the end, at your full TRUE maximum).

Mentor3 years agoWhile sellers can enable this type of block, if you have never dealt with this seller before, something isn't right. Alert the seller, who might be able to circumvent this problem by putting you on their exemption list.
