weird emails from Ebay
I just got an email that said I was looking at underwear on eBay and not only would I never consider buying underwear from an ebay seller, but it wasn't even my size and it was hideous. So I changed my password.
Today I just got an email from Ebay saying I was looking at some kind of German technology (Hager? somethin?). I don't even know what it is. I'm sick of changing my password and it didn't seem to help, but I will change it again.
Is my account really hacked or is eBay got some kind of problem?
What should I do?

Mentor3 years agoI have seen some similar messages recently, though I had not realized they pertained specifically to emails.
If nothing suspicious appears in your eBay account under "recently viewed", I would assume that the routine that is matching item views to emails is simply misfiring somehow.
If you want to be extra cautious you can change your eBay password.
