Weird app problem HELP please

On the app either my profile image goes missing or my user id does. I just uninstalled and did this 2 weeks ago. Getting help is non existent, even contacted them on X over 2 months ago and still heard nothing. When I go to my ebay, my profile picture is there and it just says user, when I click on that it says UK user with no feedback and registered since 2020. My account was registered in 2023 and my user name is paperpanda.
Like how is this happening?

OP2 months agoI also see now my user id is displayed on this board and my profile image is missing. What a disaster this site is, with zero help. Does ebay actually care about this site or is this like the Goodwill of marketplaces.

OP2 months agoJust contacted help, or should I say no help. Apparently I should uninstall and reinstall the app every single day. LOL, what a **bleep**show. I think I will stick to Etsy and Mercari and try Amazon, this site absolutely sucks and to get a call you need to wait that magic 16 minutes. LOL
