Weight of package change by USPS and increased shipping cost
Package was weighed by me and was 3 lb 6 oz. The USPS has made a claim that the package was 19 lbs and increased my shipping charge which Ebay charged to me. Has anyone successfully disputed a change by the USPS and if so, how?
