Weeks have passed and the seller hasn't sent my purchase.
First I asked if they had stock, I also asked if the shipping was included, I made the purchase, paid, two months have passed, I have a tracking number but they haven't shipped it, I don't want to file a claim and get my money back, I want eBay to intercede and ask them to send my purchase.
